SENA Partners with TLM to Promote Long Stay Visa
Sena Development Public Company Limited, or SENA, has teamed up with Thai Long Stay Management Company Limited (TLM) to launch a special campaign aimed at attracting foreign nationals to invest and reside in Thailand. The initiative offers benefits for buyers of SENA ready-to-move-in condominiums priced at 3 million baht or more, including discounts and special privileges, along with a one-year long stay visa service. This aligns with the growing trend of foreigners seeking long-term living destinations and supports Thailand's goal of becoming a World-Class Living Destination. This collaboration reinforces SENA's strategy to expand its customer base into international markets by leveraging the strengths of SENA, a residential project developer focused on creating quality and accessible living, alongside TLM, an expert in long stay services for foreigners, to enhance the living and investment ecosystem in Thailand.

The campaign aims to address the needs of foreign investors and buyers seeking both “quality housing” and “convenience for long-term residence.” Foreigners who transfer ownership of SENA condominiums priced from 3 million baht and above in participating projects, including PITI Sukhumvit 101, NICHE Mono Bangpo, FLEXI Mega Space Bangna, NICHE Mono Rama 9, FLEXI Sathon–Charoennakorn, and NICHE Mono Ramkhamhaeng, will receive benefits such as:
• TLM membership fee for 20 years valued at 4,000 baht
• One-year long stay visa fee valued at 27,000 baht (for one buyer)
The total value of benefits is 31,000 baht, with the campaign running for six months from March 15 to September 15, 2026. In addition to special discounts from SENA, customers will also receive additional benefits from TLM, including Document Verification Service, Fast Track service at Suvarnabhumi Airport four times a year, and Priority Service throughout the visa application process.
