SC opened the Grand Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang-Chaeng Watthana to host the event 'THE GRACE WITHIN' under the campaign concept 'The Grace Within: The Value Hidden in Every Detail, Most Clearly Experienced in Reality.' This event featured four perspectives from thinkers, designers, executives, and actual residents, exploring the meaning of 'grace' in modern living through discussions and real experiences, reflecting the project development concept that values 'Grace' over 'Luxury,' born from intention, meticulousness, and design that truly meets life’s needs.

Mr. Nattakit Sirirat, Deputy Managing Director of Marketing and Innovation at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, revealed that the purpose of the 'THE GRACE WITHIN' event is to create a space for exchanging views among people from various roles, including thinkers, designers, project developers, and actual residents, to jointly explore and interpret the meaning of living through diverse experiences and perspectives. 'We want this platform to be a space for open dialogue where participants from various viewpoints can reflect on ideas, experiences, and inspirations related to living, to collectively seek the meaning of what makes a home a valuable space for people's lives.'

This event is part of the campaign 'The Grace Within: The Value Hidden in Every Detail, Most Clearly Experienced in Reality,' which SC aims to elevate the project development concept from 'Luxury' to 'Grace,' emphasizing the importance of design that meets customers' lifestyles in terms of function, feeling, and experience.

The event included three main discussion topics reflecting all dimensions of living, starting with the topic The Genesis of Grace - The Foundation of Grace and the Interpretation of 'Happiness in the Present' through the perspectives of writer and thinker Mr. Sarawut Hengsawat, also known as Eh Niu Klom, who shared insights on life inspiration and reflected on the role of home as a space that helps create balance in life, discussing the concept of living spaces that can heal the mind amidst the hustle and bustle of life.

'For me, a home is not just a place, but a space that makes us feel comfortable, safe, and allows us to be ourselves fully. This is a concept I wrote about in my book 'Where is Home?' from my experience traveling in a campervan in New Zealand, which showed that even a small space can be a home if it brings peace to the heart. A home with 'Grace' does not need to be large or luxurious; it is a space that allows us to rest our hearts and find small joys in daily life.'

Next, the topic Crafting the Space - Translating Philosophy from the Abstract to Breathable Architecture was presented by Mr. Jiravej Hongsakul, also known as Pae Idin, the founding architect of IDIN Architects, who conveyed design concepts that transform abstract ideas into tangible living spaces, emphasizing the residents as the focal point.

'A graceful home is not a trend-following home but one that retains its value even as time changes, or has Timeless Design. Design must start from understanding the residents, from lifestyle to the surrounding atmosphere, because the beauty of a home is not just in what is visible but in the feeling of peace and comfort when we live in it. This aligns with this year's home design trends, which emphasize living experiences and quality of life through designs that connect with nature, using light and materials that create warmth, making the home a space where residents feel relaxed and can be themselves as much as possible,' Mr. Jiravej stated.

Finally, the topic Living the Grace - Real Experiences and Values Driven by 'Care' featured Mr. Nattakit Sirirat from SC exchanging views with Mr. Natthapol Muangtham, also known as Nuai Marketing Daily, as a resident of SC, reflecting on the importance of small details in project development that impact residents' long-term experiences.

Mr. Natthapol stated that today's home buyers do not only look for luxury but also value comfort and pride in long-term living, or Long-term pride. From his experience as an SC resident, he found that both design and function are carefully crafted, creating a lasting impression in real living, and sometimes even inspiring work and life. Meanwhile, after-sales service is also crucial because a home is something we will live with for a long time, so we must choose a brand that we can trust to take care of us continuously and a home that makes us feel proud every time we return.

Mr. Nattakit added that an important concept in SC's project development is to prioritize Human Centric & Quality, or developing projects that consider residents as a priority alongside the quality of living spaces, in line with the concept of The Grace Within, which emphasizes the details and values of living that arise within the space.

'For SC, the grace of living arises from attention to every detail. For example, the Grand Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang-Chaeng Watthana project is designed to meet the living needs of large families, emphasizing privacy and tranquility of the environment under the concept of 'Modern Arch Revival,' blending contemporary elements with classic details, reflecting a living concept that values both function and the quality of life, which residents can truly experience every day.' Mr. Nattakit stated.

The project Grand Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang-Chaeng Watthana is a luxurious three-story villa located on over 16 rai of land, adjacent to Si Saman Road, near the Udon Ratthaya-Sri Rat Expressway, with 38 units, usable areas ranging from 450 to 735 square meters, accommodating large families with functions of 4-6 bedrooms, 5-7 bathrooms, and parking for 3-5 cars, with prices starting from 35-60 million baht.
