NC Housing Public Company Limited operates in the real estate sector, both horizontal and vertical, and is the first in Thailand to receive ISO certification. As it enters its 32nd year, the company is expanding its business portfolio with a focus on enhancing living standards under the concept of NC WELL LIVING 2026. With expertise and innovation, it aims to integrate health into living environments for Longevity Living, addressing the needs for a quality life in the real estate market of 2026.

Mr. Somnuk Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of NC Housing Public Company Limited, discussed the overall real estate landscape for 2026. The country's economy is amidst volatility, yet there is hope for a recovery in the housing market. However, the market still requires time to balance supply and demand, while external factors such as the global economy and policy interest rates remain significant variables creating uncertainty in home purchasing decisions and new project investments from both buyers and developers.

For its operational plans in 2026, NC is introducing innovative residential development that combines sustainable happiness for long-term Longevity Living under the concept of Future Homes. The NC Well Living 2026 project connects Green Living, which considers environmental impacts and reduces carbon emissions, with Smart Living, which incorporates technology and health-conscious innovations, and Well Living, promoting quality lifestyles in projects that enhance the well-being of Thai families, ensuring convenience, safety, and long-lasting happiness. This is complemented by the GAI-A concept, which promotes a balanced lifestyle in a sustainable and health-conscious home.

NC Housing is also participating in a research cooperation project with Panasonic on "Home IoT systems that create comfortable and energy-efficient environments." This partnership, supported by NEDO, Japan's largest organization promoting research and development for the comfort of Thai people, aims to enhance technology that integrates health into homes. NC's residential projects serve as model homes for system installations, yielding satisfactory experimental results.

This year, NC is highlighting its XELLS system homes, designed to meet the needs for truly "comfortable" and "efficient" living. These homes are not only aesthetically pleasing but also promote health and are energy-efficient, reducing long-term costs. The focus is on comfort and energy savings, integrating smart technology such as comfort control systems with energy-saving features, complemented by Supply Fans that enhance oxygen levels and reduce PM2.5 dust (Indoor Air Quality). Home devices can be controlled via smartphones, ensuring a pleasant and environmentally friendly living space that aligns with the GAI-A lifestyle of modern health-conscious individuals, promoting sustainable living in harmony with nature while using resources efficiently to minimize environmental impact.

1. Comfortable living with less energy: Advanced technology reduces household energy consumption by up to 31%* without compromising comfort, leading to lower electricity bills. Smart Home technology creates a convenient living experience.

2. Enhancing clean air: Reducing germs and eliminating odors with Nanoe technology in air conditioning systems, while improving air quality by introducing fresh air through Supply Fans, ensuring a refreshing indoor environment.

3. Quality materials: Using eco-friendly materials that care for residents' health and help regulate indoor temperatures, reducing the workload on air conditioning systems.

In 2026, the company will continue to develop products and maintain sufficient inventory levels while accelerating the launch of horizontal projects, including single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condominiums, with a total of 13 projects valued at over 11.384 billion baht. Additionally, two new projects worth over 2 billion baht will be launched. Therefore, combined with ongoing projects, this is sufficient to pursue new initiatives, with a sales target of 4 billion baht and revenue recognition of 2 billion baht for the year. This year, NC is also strengthening its new business portfolio.

Furthermore, NC aims to enhance its competitiveness in the housing market segment priced between 3-7 million baht, positioning itself as a leader in real estate development in the northern region. The company offers comprehensive services in home construction, renovations, and project management, fostering long-term growth under the name NC Property Management Co., Ltd. (NCPM). NC has affiliated companies such as Siriarun Wellness, a health rehabilitation center for all ages, Siriarun Clinic for physical therapy and traditional Chinese medicine, NC Regen Sport & Wellness, NC Regen Sport & Golf, and NC Q Prompt, which manages second-hand homes and provides comprehensive home solutions, contributing to a recurring income ratio of 10% of total revenue this year, Mr. Somnuk concluded.
