The Board of Directors of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," has resolved to appoint Mr. Somboon Wasinchatchaval as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Kriangkrai Phokanukrom as Chief Financial Officer, effective from February 5, 2026. This marks a significant step in strengthening the executive structure and aligns with the OneFrasers strategy of the Frasers Property Group, which aims to consolidate efforts and create long-term value.

Mr. Somboon will oversee the operations of various business units under FPT, managing the portfolio for effective growth while supporting the company's strategic objectives in line with long-term goals. Mr. Somboon has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in several leading listed real estate companies. He joined FPT in 2012 and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the residential property group, with notable achievements in corporate financial strategy and effective portfolio management, contributing significantly to the company's strength and stable growth amidst challenging market conditions.

As for Mr. Kriangkrai, he will lead the financial strategy, planning, and analysis, as well as the financial governance of FPT, playing a crucial role in enhancing the company's financial discipline to support business expansion and long-term value creation. Mr. Kriangkrai has expertise in finance and accounting, having previously worked with KPMG Phoomchai Audit Limited and joined FPT in 2020. Before this appointment, he held positions as Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidated Financial Statements, Senior Director of Accounting, and Deputy Managing Director of Financial Reporting.
