SC Asset has partnered with the strong ally Tokyo Tatemono Thailand, a leading real estate group known for its unique characteristics from Japan, to jointly develop 2 new luxury condominium projects worth a total of 20 billion baht: STILL Sukhumvit 20 and another ultra-luxury project set to launch at the end of 2026. This collaboration will elevate the total value of their joint real estate development portfolio to over 34 billion baht, reinforcing their confidence and strong relationship.

In 2026, SC Asset and Tokyo Tatemono Thailand will launch 2 luxury condominium projects, both located in prime areas along major roads in the heart of Bangkok's CBD, featuring distinctive and unique designs.

The first project is STILL Sukhumvit 20, valued at over 6 billion baht, situated along Sukhumvit Road, close to both BTS Asoke and Phrom Phong stations, and the M District. It was recently launched in mid-January this year and has received an excellent response from customers, with over 60% of pre-sales already achieved. The second project is set to launch at the end of 2026 in another prime location in the heart of Bangkok's CBD.
