The plan includes launching 8 new projects, both condominiums and horizontal developments, with a total value of 10.7 billion baht, targeting sales of 14 billion baht and property transfers of 9.3 billion baht.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak (Dr. Yui), Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, revealed that the company prioritizes growth based on the real demand of consumers alongside expanding recurring income to enhance stability, reduce volatility, and create long-term financial stability. One of the key mechanisms is the “LivNex Home Rental Savings” solution, which provides opportunities for those not ready to borrow to access housing more easily. Currently, there are over 976 participants in the program, representing a total value of approximately 1.9 billion baht. Meanwhile, the “RentNex Direct Rental with SENA” project continues to generate income and has received positive feedback from customers, with 27 condominium projects participating, over 605 rented units, and 2 units transferred to investors, reflecting SENA's position as a brand that is a Lifelong Trusted Partner, not just developing real estate but also caring for customers throughout their living journey and growing sustainably with society.
For 2026, the company plans to develop 8 new projects, consisting of 7 condominium projects and 1 horizontal project, with a total value of 10.7 billion baht.
