'Niche Mono Bangpo' by Sena-Hankyu Hanshin, a joint venture between Sena Development Public Company Limited and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, a leading real estate group from Japan, led by Mr. Keiji Harakawa, Managing Director of Hankyu Hanshin Properties (Thailand), and Mr. Prakit Akarasarin, Deputy Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, recently inspected the readiness of the 'Niche Mono Bangpo' project before the gradual transfer of ownership begins, with residential units set to be delivered to customers this January. This completion is ahead of schedule, reflecting effective project management and strict quality control in construction. The gradual transfer of ownership will continuously support the company's revenue recognition.
