Betterbee Marketplace Co., Ltd., as the provider of the Thai online marketplace platform under the name “NocNoc”, announces the suspension of platform services and the cessation of order taking for products and services effective from February 9, 2026, at 00:00 onwards.

Throughout the past period, NocNoc has been dedicated and made every effort to develop the platform to deliver sincere services and is committed to improving the quality of life for customers, partner stores, allies, and all entrepreneurs. However, due to the current economic situation and intense competition in the e-commerce market, the company has carefully considered and regrets to inform you that it is necessary to suspend platform services NocNoc and cease taking orders for products and services starting from February 9, 2026, at 00:00 onwards.

To ensure a smooth suspension of platform services, we would like to provide details, schedules, and related guidelines as follows:

  • The company will accept orders until February 8, 2026, at 23:59, and will stop accepting new orders from all channels starting from February 9, 2026, at 00:00 onwards.
  • Promotional campaigns on the platform will end on January 9, 2026, at 23:59 onwards.
  • The company will continue to provide after-sales service for existing orders until April 8, 2026, at 18:00, and will cease all platform services on May 9, 2026, at 23:59 onwards.
  • The company will coordinate the management of product and service orders to ensure delivery is completed by March 8, 2026, but no later than April 8, 2026.
  • For Home Solution services and warranty obligations that are still in effect, the company will continue to oversee and be responsible under the terms agreed upon in each contract.
  • The company will process payments to stores according to the original service terms until fully completed, meaning payments will be made when stores have correctly delivered products/services to customers and the warranty period as per law (7-14 days) has elapsed, according to the payment cycle every following Tuesday.
