Origin Hotel Public Company Limited, a real estate business in the hospitality and tourism sector under Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), is preparing to offer its first bond issue of 2025. This long-term, secured bond will be offered to institutional investors and/or high-net-worth individuals (HNW), with interest payments made every three months as follows:

- Series 1: 1 year and 5 months maturity with an interest rate of 6.40% per annum

- Series 2: 2 years and 4 months maturity with an interest rate of 6.80% per annum

Mr. Chanchai Phansopha, CEO of Origin Hotel Public Company Limited, stated that Origin Hotel has set a 5-year strategy aiming to expand its portfolio to 33 projects, consisting of 29 hotels and 4 commercial/office space projects, with a total portfolio value exceeding 58 billion baht. The strategy focuses on Build – Operate – Exit – Re Investment to ensure stable business operations. Meanwhile, the hotel business continues to play an increasing role in the revenue structure, with hotel revenue currently accounting for approximately 25-30%. A key strategy driving this goal is to become an Open Platform, welcoming three groups of partners: Development Partners, Landlord Partners, and Investment Partners, to accelerate growth at appropriate costs.

“This bond offering presents an attractive investment option for investors seeking stability, and we expect a positive response from investors,” Mr. Chanchai said.

The bonds will be offered from December 22-24, 2025. Interested investors can subscribe with a minimum investment of 100,000 baht and in increments of 100,000 baht through the following nine bond distribution managers:
