"AssetWise" has joined forces with partners to rapidly assist flood victims in Hat Yai and nearby provinces in the South, providing both immediate relief and support for recovery after the waters recede. Collaborating with "Rong Pho Property," a subsidiary based in Phuket, they delivered relief bags to communities and partnered with "Pan Kan" to invite residents and the public to donate usable clothing and educational supplies at 22 donation points across Bangkok and its vicinity. Additionally, they are contributing to educational funds for youth through the Yuwapat Foundation, assessing single-story homes that have lost essential living equipment, and allocating a budget of 1,000,000 Baht to prepare rice cookers, electric pans, and extension cords for distribution to 1,000 families, helping to ease the financial burden for the southern community during their recovery phase.

Mr. Wutthiphan Phongpan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Business Sustainability and Environmental Affairs at AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that AssetWise recognizes the impact of the flooding situation in Hat Yai, Songkhla, and surrounding provinces in the South. Therefore, they have united with partners to mobilize assistance for victims both in the immediate phase and during the recovery period through three main approaches: 1. Rapid delivery of relief bags in collaboration with "Rong Pho Property Public Company Limited" (TITLE), a subsidiary that develops real estate projects in Phuket, to pack and transport essential items urgently to affected areas in Hat Yai and nearby regions.

2. Accepting donations of second-hand clothing and educational supplies through collaboration with "Pan Kan," inviting residents and the general public to share usable clothing for men, women, and children, as well as educational materials at donation points at AssetWise Public Company Limited's sales offices and residential projects, including Pan Kan stores in Mingle Mall, Bangkok University Rangsit, and Thammasat University Rangsit, totaling 22 locations across Bangkok and its vicinity from now until December 10, 2025. All donated clothing will be carefully sorted and delivered to victims based on their needs. At the same time, they are also raising funds through the Yuwapat Foundation, which will allocate donations for clothing and educational scholarships for children and youth in flood-affected areas.

3. Supporting cooking equipment to aid recovery after the floods. AssetWise has allocated a budget of 1,000,000 Baht to provide rice cookers, electric pans, and extension cords, totaling 1,000 sets, to families affected by the floods. Many families in the disaster area live in single-story homes and have lost nearly all their possessions and essential living equipment, including damaged electrical systems. Therefore, AssetWise supports providing equipment that allows families to prepare meals using dry food and ingredients received from aid, helping to reduce their expenses during the recovery phase.

Mr. Wutthiphan further stated that AssetWise continues to closely monitor the flood situation in the southern region and is ready to coordinate with partners to provide ongoing assistance in various forms, both for immediate relief and long-term recovery. AssetWise invites the public, residents, and occupants of their projects, as well as all sectors, to join in sharing kindness, whether through clothing donations, educational supplies, or contributions through the Yuwapat Foundation, so that everyone’s help can combine into a larger force to assist flood victims in the South to overcome this event and return to a strong life.

"As an organization that has grown from the trust of the community, AssetWise believes that our duty is not only to develop quality housing projects but also to stand by society at all times. In the past, we have had the Punn by AssetWise project that cares for, supports, and shares opportunities with society continuously. We hope that this unification of AssetWise and its partners will deliver timely assistance to our fellow flood victims and support every family in starting a new life as soon as possible," Mr. Wutthiphan concluded.
