Araya The Eastern Gateway Reports Success in 2025 with Over 600 Rai Sold, Accounting for 40% of Total Area
This has been another successful year for Araya The Eastern Gateway, a comprehensive smart industrial estate that confirms its role as a center for innovation and future industrial production. Throughout 2025, the Araya The Eastern Gateway project was officially launched in February, distinguished by its strategic location on Bangna-Trad Road, Km 32 in Samut Prakan province, which provides convenient access to the Bangkok-Chonburi motorway, Suvarnabhumi Airport, the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), and Laem Chabang Port. It has also been approved by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) as a smart industry under the SMART I.E. standard for the industrial area named Araya Industrial Estate, covering a total of 1,891 rai to fully support future target industries, elevate the country's industrial estates into the future, and enhance competitive capabilities.
