Sansiri Public Company Limited, or SIRI, a leading real estate company in Thailand, announced that "despite 2025 being another challenging year economically, which has impacted overall consumer confidence, Sansiri has managed to maintain a stable performance at a satisfactory level, with sales for the 11 months totaling 47.7 billion baht."

In terms of performance, for the past 9 months (ending September 30, 2025), the company generated total revenue of 23.67 billion baht and a net profit of 3.03 billion baht, ranking first among Thai residential project developers. This success is attributed to careful operations and a flexible business plan amid fluctuating circumstances.

Q4 Outlook Predicted to Peak According to reports from various securities firms, including Asia Plus, Phillip Securities, Krungsri Securities, and Dao Securities, it is anticipated that Q4/2025 will be the best-performing quarter of the year for Sansiri, particularly in terms of profits, transfer volumes, and revenue recognition. The key supporting factor is real demand; the signals of genuine purchasing interest in the housing market remain strong, and the year-end sales campaign offering discounts of up to 10 million baht* across more than 109 projects, including houses, condominiums, and townhomes, will significantly stimulate sales and transfers.

Regarding corporate governance, Sansiri has recently been rated at an "excellent" level in the Corporate Governance Report (CGR) for 2025, marking the sixth consecutive year from the Thai Institute of Directors Association. Additionally, it received a SET ESG Ratings score of AAA for 2024 from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and won a sustainability award from the SET Awards 2025 in the Sustainability Excellence category, specifically the Highly Commended Supply Chain Management Awards. Sansiri is the first and only real estate company to receive this award for two consecutive years, demonstrating its commitment to strong, transparent, and responsible supply chain management, which is crucial for sustainable long-term growth. It is also the first real estate company in Thailand to aim for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and has integrated sustainability into its core strategy.

In its operations, Sansiri collaborates with over 4,000 supply chain partners to support partners with ESG and sustainability DNA to grow together sustainably.
