Central Pattana is preparing to open 'Market Place Pracha Uthit' on November 29, marking the establishment of a community mall in the promising location of Pracha Uthit–Thung Khru. The mall will feature over 40 well-known stores and brands, providing a comprehensive lifestyle experience with offerings such as CHAGEE, GAGA, JIAN CHA, JONES' SALAD, SHINKANZEN SUSHI, SUBWAY, THE STEAK & MORE, JAPANG, and in early 2026, the first branch of the famous Chiang Mai street food, Sukiyaki Chang Pueak, will also be available in the area. Central Pattana Public Company Limited is moving forward to launch 'Market Place Pracha Uthit' on November 29, targeting the western side of Bangkok.
