Mr. Ongart Suwankul, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Condominium Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that Sansiri has successfully operated its business for 11 months and is now preparing to transfer condominiums in strategic tourist locations with 3 more projects that will generate over 2.1 billion baht in transfers. This will bring the total condo transfer value for Sansiri to 13.8 billion baht, which is 92% of the 15 billion baht target.
