The net profit stood at 55 million baht, up from 3 million baht in the previous year, reflecting an increase of 1,826%.

For the nine-month period of 2568, the company reported total revenue of 5.013 billion baht, an increase of 2.998 billion baht or 149% compared to the same period last year, which had total revenue of 2.015 billion baht. The net profit for this period was 145 million baht, up from 92 million baht last year, representing a 58% increase.

The company's performance has shown continuous growth, driven by the gradual recognition of successful project transfer revenues, including the Vehha Hua Hin project (1.018 billion baht), the VI Ari project (218 million baht), and the Nue District R9 project (3.656 billion baht).
