Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025 (October 2024 - September 2025), reporting total revenue of 14.686 billion baht. This reflects stable performance amidst macroeconomic challenges, driven by disciplined operations and strong growth across three business segments: residential, industrial, and commercial. Revenue from property sales amounted to 8.642 billion baht, rental and service income reached 3.329 billion baht, and other income totaled 2.715 billion baht, with a net profit of 1.455 billion baht.

Mr. Hwa Tiang Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, stated that fiscal year 2025 has been another year of steady advancement for FPT, propelled by the strength of its diversified portfolio and the commitment of its personnel. Despite a challenging business environment, the company has operated with discipline and flexibility, maintaining stable performance across all business segments. This reinforces its focus on creating long-term value and prudent management in response to economic uncertainties.

Residential Property Segment has successfully launched 7 new projects, surpassing the target of 6 projects, which include houses and condominiums in Bangkok and major provinces such as Nakhon Ratchasima and Khon Kaen, with a total value of approximately 11.135 billion baht. The company has introduced new brands to the market, including "Goldina," a premium townhouse, as well as "Gramour" and "GUTE," which are luxury homes. This year, the company aims to develop products that meet lifestyle needs while implementing marketing strategies that resonate with customers, amidst various challenges such as an economic slowdown, high household debt, and stringent lending conditions.

Industrial Property Segment has performed excellently, achieving an overall portfolio occupancy rate of 92%, growing approximately 6% compared to last year. Factories and warehouses in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam have received strong demand due to increased production relocation and supply chain restructuring. This year, the company delivered over 218,000 square meters of buildings to clients, exceeding the target of 150,000 square meters. Highlights include the delivery of a large warehouse of 89,000 square meters to Big C Supercenter in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and a 54,000 square meter state-of-the-art sorting center in southern Vietnam for e-commerce industry clients. Currently, Frasers Property Thailand manages the largest area in the industrial property sector in Thailand, with a total area of over 3.8 million square meters across Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Commercial Property Segment has maintained a high occupancy rate of 89% for Grade A office buildings and retail spaces, thanks to continuous improvements in building quality and services. The Samyan Mitrtown and Silom Edge shopping centers have organized various campaigns and activities throughout the year, successfully attracting customers and driving traffic. Meanwhile, the hotel business has seen a decline in revenue, primarily due to the closure of the Mayfair Marriott Executive Apartments, which will be developed into a super-luxury condominium project in the future, reflecting the company's strategy to manage assets for maximum efficiency and create long-term value.
