A New Chapter in Real Estate History! "48th Home and Condo Expo" Closes with Full Booths – Fastest Sales Ever, Total Revenue Hits 13.3 Billion Baht, Condos Lead the Way
Three major associations in the Thai real estate sector, namely the Thai Condominium Association, the Thai Real Estate Association, and the Housing Business Association, announced the success of the "48th Home and Condo Expo," breaking records in sales, consumer response, and the number of participating businesses. This reinforces its status as the largest housing fair in Thailand, reflecting the strong purchasing power in the housing market and the role of national-level events as a "market accelerator" for continuous recovery, even amidst economic challenges.

Mr. Ongkrit Phromyothi Chairman of the 48th Home and Condo Expo revealed that this event marks a collaboration of the three major real estate associations in the country, attracting over 48 companies nationwide to participate, with all booths sold out 100% before the event day. This creates a new historical milestone for the Thai real estate industry, reflecting the private sector's confidence in the overall market for the second half of the year and reinforcing the potential of Thailand's number one housing expo.

“This event achieved the highest success in its history, with total sales exceeding 13.298 billion baht, surpassing the expected target, along with loan amounts at the event exceeding 1.711 billion baht, reflecting the real purchasing power of consumers and the overall recovery of the Thai real estate market, instilling confidence in the long-term economy.”
Key driving forces include:
- Real Demand from actual home buyers
- Credit measures and interest rates from the government and banks
- Promotions from operators
- New locations and products aligned with the lifestyles of the new generation
The Home and Condo Expo is not just a marketplace but also a key engine that helps Thai people achieve their dream homes and drives the country's real estate economy forward steadily.
Regarding market trends for early next year, Mr. Ongkrit noted that there are still factors to watch, including high construction material prices, interest rate trends, demand for city-connected locations, and changing consumer behaviors (Sustainable / Green Living). “Although the market remains uncertain, opportunities in the middle segment and horizontal developments are still promising, while condos must be strategically located and product offerings must be precise. Meanwhile, strategies to build buyer confidence will be a crucial factor that distinguishes strong operators from competitors,” Mr. Ongkrit stated.

Ms. Ploypat Taedulayasathit, Founder and CEO of Proppexus Co., Ltd., a leader in real estate data analysis systems, revealed in-depth insights from the 48th Home and Condo Expo, stating that this was the first time data collection and analysis were conducted in collaboration with the three major real estate associations to create a new dimension of market insight in Thailand.
Ms. Ploypat also revealed that at the 48th Home and Condo Expo, “83% of participants, both small, medium, and large, were able to achieve sales during this event.”
