Thai Watsadu, under Central Retail, is advancing its warehouse expansion by signing a Built-to-Suit lease with WHA on an area of 38,412 square meters, aiming to elevate its supply chain to international standards under the concept of Green Building & Smart Logistics.
Bangkok, November 5, 2025 – Thai Watsadu, a leader in the retail construction materials and home goods sector under CRC Thai Watsadu Co., Ltd., part of Central Retail, is enhancing its supply chain capabilities with a new Built-to-Suit warehouse spanning over 38,412 square meters. This new warehouse is located within the WHA Mega Logistics Center Wang Noi 63 in Ayutthaya province, following the signing of a lease agreement between Thai Watsadu and WHA Corporation Public Company Limited, a regional leader in comprehensive logistics infrastructure. In addition to expanding its space, this warehouse has been designed to meet the needs of storage, inventory management, and energy efficiency by installing an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to support business growth, improve supply chain management efficiency, and align with sustainable growth goals under the Green Building & Smart Logistics concept.
