Pruksa Drives Healthy Communities with 13 Projects Delivering Wellness Right to Your Doorstep, Fulfilling the Definition of 'Lifetime Well-Living... Good Living for a Lifetime'
Pruksa has teamed up with the health expertise of Vimut Hospital and Theptarin Hospital to organize the "Pruksa Well Living Day" event, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents in terms of physical and mental health, as well as living conditions. This initiative is part of a commitment to create a healthy society, launching 13 pilot projects that differentiate Pruksa in the real estate market with accessible health services and activities right at residents' doorsteps, reinforcing the concept of "Lifetime Well-Living... Good Living for a Lifetime".

Mr. Teera Thongwilai, CEO of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited stated, "Because good health starts at home, Pruksa is not only committed to building quality homes but also aims to create a good lifestyle for residents in every aspect. The Pruksa Well-Living Day reinforces our operations under the concept of 'Lifetime Well-Living... Good Living for a Lifetime', which is part of the Well Community, one of the three core pillars that form the foundation of a good quality of life that Pruksa strives to create for society and communities. We want every resident to live in a quality home and have a good life, taking care of their physical and mental health comprehensively."
The Pruksa Well-Living Day is a significant step towards promoting better quality of life for Pruksa residents today and in the long term. Pruksa has collaborated with Vimut Hospital and Theptarin Hospital, a health business within its group, to genuinely bring holistic health care principles into the community. The one-day event is packed with comprehensive health-enhancing activities, starting with Health Consultation, where residents can analyze their body composition (InBody) to understand fat levels, muscle mass, and body water balance, along with close health consultations from experts to better understand their health and make targeted behavioral adjustments. This is followed by a Healthy Cooking Class, a workshop teaching easy, delicious, and nutritious meals and drinks led by chefs and nutritionists. The day concludes with exercise classes including Aqua Fitness, Yoga, and Zumba, which help promote good health while strengthening smiles and bonds within the community. This event is not just about providing special privileges to residents but also about enriching the quality of life and the meaning of being part of the Pruksa family throughout all life stages, ensuring every family is happy and lives together warmly in a supportive neighborhood.

"We do not want to organize a health event just for one day and then stop; we aim to encourage and support residents to start changing their health behaviors (Health Behavior Change). Good health does not come from a single health check or exercise session but from the decision to change daily lifestyles, whether it’s eating appropriately, getting enough rest, or exercising consistently," Mr. Teera said.

The Pruksa Well-Living Day will be piloted in 13 Pruksa projects across Bangkok and its suburbs. Residents can follow up for more details at FB: Pruksa Family Club or call 1739.
