AssetWise ignites the spirit of sharing, developing a giving model that expands the sharing store concept into the "AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase," a prototype for collective happiness. This initiative brings together executives, celebrities, and partners to share beloved items at the "11th Pankan Street" event, with proceeds from sales contributing to scholarships aimed at reducing inequality and creating equity for Thai children. The project also promotes sustainable reuse, aligning with the SDGs, and has already provided over 617 scholarships, continuing to foster lasting happiness in society.

Mr. Wutthiphan Phongpan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Business Sustainability and Environmental Affairs at AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that the sharing store concept x AssetWise is a model store for a sharing society established in collaboration with the Pankan store by the Yuwapat Foundation. It encourages people to donate good-quality items they no longer use, transforming the proceeds into funds for children and youth. Recently, the company has expanded this initiative into the "AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase," a space for collective happiness where everyone can participate by gathering cherished items from executives, employees, business partners, and famous artists to sell at the "11th Pankan Street" event. The proceeds will contribute to scholarships aimed at reducing inequality and creating equity for youth while promoting a circular economy through sustainable reuse.


The highlight of the "AssetWise x PANKAN Showcase" includes beloved collectibles such as bags, hats, shirts, jewelry, scarves, shoes, and toys from artists and celebrities like Tor Sakdisith, Bright Pichayada, Mae Oh-Thanaporn Wetchasupaporn, Anna Suengnam-iam, Moo Ham Chotipha, Nicha Poongphoka, Pornfa Punika, Pencil Panida, MI Thailand 2025, as well as beautiful men and women from the TPNG family and rare sports jerseys filled with signatures from famous players of BG Pathum United Football Club, totaling over 350 items showcased and sold at the event held at Seacon Square Srinakarin on October 18-19. The event attracted many charitable shoppers and fans who eagerly supported the cause, with items also available at various Pankan store branches to continue the spirit of sharing.


The collaboration between AssetWise and the Pankan store aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), covering four dimensions: supporting quality educational opportunities (Quality Education), reducing inequality among children and youth (Reduce Inequality), promoting responsible consumption and production (Responsible Consumption and Production) through sharing items for valuable reuse, and uniting efforts for sustainable development goals (Partnerships for the Goals). This reflects AssetWise's commitment not only to apply sustainability concepts in business but also to actively create a sharing society through the "Punn by AssetWise" and "Pankan Store x AssetWise" projects, which represent another approach to growing alongside society.


"The Pankan Store x AssetWise was born from AssetWise's intention to grow sustainably alongside society, with the collaboration of executives, employees, communities, and business partners since 2022, resulting in a prototype sharing store between the private sector and the Pankan store, opening its first branch at Mingle Mall Rangsit and leading to this Showcase. To date, we have sold items worth 4,316,917 baht and transformed the proceeds into scholarships for over 617 children and youth. We believe that the power of giving will create significant change, and AssetWise will continue to pursue this sharing initiative to foster equity and sustainable happiness in Thai society," Mr. Wutthiphan stated.
