IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world's leading hotel companies, is emphasizing significant growth with the signing of the world's first standalone Branded Residences project under the renowned InterContinental brand. The InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke project is meticulously designed to offer 88 luxury residential units in Asoke, a central hub for business, lifestyle, and transportation in Bangkok, with completion expected in 2029. IHG has partnered with CG Capital, a private equity fund management company and part of Central Group, a leader in retail and real estate development in Thailand.

This collaboration marks a significant step for the InterContinental brand as it fully enters the global standalone Branded Residences market. InterContinental remains committed to developing projects that reflect the brand's identity, enhancing the living experience for today's luxury travelers.

The InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke will be located on Sukhumvit Soi 16 in the Asoke area, one of the most sought-after luxury residential locations in the heart of Bangkok's business district, surrounded by Grade A office buildings, luxury shopping centers, and top restaurants and bars.

The project will offer options ranging from 2-bedroom units to 4-bedroom penthouses, with living spaces from 139 to 547 square meters, along with comprehensive amenities such as a 25-meter swimming pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a fully equipped fitness center, a Pilates and yoga studio, a private dining room with complete equipment, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, game rooms, an art room, and a residents' lounge.

The launch of the InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke underscores IHG's growth in the Branded Residences market, which currently has over 30 projects operating worldwide, with additional projects in key locations and global tourist destinations.

Currently, the InterContinental brand of IHG has 51 hotels operating in the EAPAC region, with 8 located in Thailand in key locations such as Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Koh Samui, Phuket, Khao Yai, and Chiang Mai. Additionally, there are 22 more hotels, with 3 in Thailand, under development in the region. The global network of InterContinental includes a total of 231 hotels in 70 countries, with 105 projects in the development pipeline.
