Origin Property Achieves Sales of Over 19 Billion Baht in the First 9 Months of 2025, Partners with IKEA to Create Innovative Living Spaces
Origin Property has recorded sales of 19,086 million baht in the first 9 months of 2025, accounting for 64% of its annual target, boosting its backlog to over 40,983 million baht, ensuring continuous revenue for 4 years. It is expected to launch 5 new projects in the 4th quarter of 2025. The company has also announced a partnership with IKEA Thailand to create living spaces that meet the diverse needs of modern residents.
Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that in the first 9 months of 2025, the company achieved sales of 19,086 million baht, with approximately 81% coming from condominium projects and about 19% from housing projects. The sales were primarily from ready-to-move projects (approximately 59%), while new launches and ongoing construction projects accounted for about 41%. This resulted in a backlog of 40,983 million baht at the end of Q3 2025, which will be recognized as revenue over the next 4 years.

In the first 9 months, 4 new projects were launched with a total value of over 7,150 million baht. The company plans to launch 5 more projects in Q4 2025, consisting of 3 housing projects and 2 condominium projects. The target customers include homebuyers (Real Demand), individual investors interested in condominiums for returns, big lot customers, corporate clients operating in a B2B format, as well as foreign customers looking for second homes in Thailand, and pet owners, tapping into the growing trend of Pet Humanization.

The company has completed 6 condominium projects that will begin transferring ownership in Q4 2025, including Origin Place Khon Kaen Kalpaphruek, The Origin Bangkae, The Origin Phahol57, The Origin Kathu-Patong, The Origin Sukhumvit Praksa, and Origin Play Bangsaen, with a backlog of condominiums totaling over 72% of the project value. Meanwhile, the group has partnered with IKEA Thailand, a global furniture and home decor brand, to create living spaces that cater to every aspect of modern living. The first project, Origin Plug & Play E22 Station, is a pet-friendly condominium located just 0 meters from the BTS Green Line, Lat Phrao Station. Plans are also in place to expand ready-to-move-in units across various potential locations in Bangkok and other provinces.
