Lalin Property is committed to sustainable organizational development by enhancing the potential of personnel at all levels. The company has launched the 'QLI Essential: Empowering Work with Quality, Efficiency, and Innovation' program to boost the capabilities of its teams in terms of work processes, efficiency, and creative thinking, which are essential foundations for continuous growth in today's real estate business.

Mr. Churachart Chakrakul, Managing Director of Lalin Property Public Company Limited, or 'LALIN', a developer of quality real estate projects under the concept of 'Homes Built on Good Intentions', stated, "Lalin Property believes that 'quality personnel' are the heart of the organization. No matter how advanced the technology or management systems are, if personnel lack development, the organization cannot thrive. The QLI Essential program is another significant step for the organization in creating quality personnel who possess a positive mindset and tools to enhance work efficiency, delivering the best value to customers and strengthening the organization in the long term."

The concept of the QLI program arises from the recognition that organizations must "continuously improve" to face new challenges. Lalin Property aims for personnel to deeply understand their work processes, identify areas for improvement, and systematically find ways to enhance work quality. This is framed within three core concepts: Quality, Lean, and Innovation, which are crucial to this program. Participants will learn to understand the overall work processes in their respective positions to find ways to improve efficiency, as well as to enhance work value by analyzing work steps and stakeholder needs to plan for problem prevention and elevate overall work quality before delivering it to customers. Additionally, they will learn to apply Lean concepts to identify and reduce waste in work, such as redundant or unnecessary steps, and practice innovative thinking processes to spark new ideas for problem-solving and creative work improvements.

This training emphasizes learning through both lectures and workshops designed for participants to immediately apply their knowledge to real work situations, both individually and in groups. This approach encourages the exchange of ideas, problem analysis, and collaborative improvement design in the classroom. After the training, all participants will create a 'QLI Action Plan' that can be practically implemented in their departments, focusing on identifying issues for improvement based on the 8 Wastes concept and gradual development (Kaizen), which can yield short-term results such as reduced work time or fewer operational errors. These plans will be followed up later to serve as case studies and guidelines for future work development.

Mr. Churachart concluded, "Lalin Property's goal is not only to develop homes that meet customers' living needs but also to cultivate 'personnel' with the potential to grow alongside the organization in all dimensions. When the personnel in the organization possess strong capabilities and creative thinking, they can produce work that reflects the brand's value sustainably. The training program 'QLI Essential' is therefore another important step for Lalin Property in creating 'quality human capital' that not only enhances work efficiency but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and innovation, which will be a vital force in driving the organization towards excellence in management, service, and project development that comes from 'Homes Inspired by Real Life'.
