One Bangkok, a large-scale real estate project located in the heart of Bangkok, developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is participating for the sixth consecutive year in the Sustainability Expo 2025 (SX2025), the largest sustainability event in ASEAN, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. As a "city in the heart" of Bangkok, it is committed to creating sustainable value for people and communities at large by presenting a model for continuous urban growth through a people-centered design approach.

At the event, One Bangkok showcased various initiatives reflecting a community-centered urban design and promoting new forms of public engagement to collaboratively create a bright and sustainable future for Bangkok. This aligns with the three principles of social value creation by Frasers Property Group, which include Inclusive Community, Holistic Well-being, and Enabling Opportunity. Based on this foundation, One Bangkok is dedicated to strengthening the city's social structure, recognizing the vital role of 'Third Spaces'—areas beyond home and work. Research from the Journal of Urban Design indicates that these spaces can enhance interaction, community belonging, and overall well-being.

Mr. Vorawart Srisarn, Senior Executive Vice President of One Bangkok stated, “The Sustainability Expo 2025 is an important platform for driving our vision into action to create a sustainable future. Since One Bangkok's official launch nearly a year ago, we have demonstrated tangible results from our commitment to sustainable urban development. We have seen this meticulously designed Third Space significantly enhance community connectivity. Our community projects have clearly and measurably improved the quality of life for urban residents, while our cultural initiatives enrich the daily lives of many. Our goal is not just to create landmark projects but to deliver an ecosystem that provides sustainable value for everyone and every community involved. The past year has affirmed our commitment to being the true 'city in the heart' of Bangkok.”

At SX2025, One Bangkok presented content on urban development alongside various aspects of people's quality of life as follows:

  1. Well-being for People and Workplaces – One Bangkok redefines the workplace, aiming to create an environment that encourages everyone to focus on their work, spark creativity, and prioritize the holistic well-being of workers. Health-promoting activities are organized in various forms, such as yoga, running clubs, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), promoting a healthy lifestyle and reducing stress, all of which enhance work efficiency, create life balance, and foster social engagement in the workplace.
  2. Empowering Youth through the One Bangkok Football Camp – Since 2019, One Bangkok has collaborated with ThaiBev Football Academy to organize the One Bangkok Football Camp, partnering with six nearby communities to support youth development through exercise, teamwork, and building positive social relationships. Currently, hundreds of youths participate in the program, with many advancing to regional youth leagues, attending prestigious universities, and improving their quality of life.
  3. Enjoying Art and Learning the History of the Area to Connect Diverse Communities – One Bangkok seamlessly integrates art and culture into daily life through the Art Loop, a 2-kilometer walking path showcasing public art pieces from both Thai and international artists, alongside a variety of ongoing cultural activities that enhance people's quality of life, enrich urban living experiences, and promote community engagement.

  • Collection of Public Art – A collection of numerous world-class artworks available for everyone to enjoy free of charge, including sculptures, murals, cutting-edge digital art, and meticulously designed public furniture.
  • The Wireless House One Bangkok – A project preserving Thailand's first telegraph station, which safeguards an important part of Thai history and serves as a venue for cultural exhibitions and educational centers, connecting the younger generation to Bangkok's glorious past, with nearly 100,000 visitors since its opening.
  1. A Large Urban Lung: Expansive Open Spaces for Relaxation – One Bangkok allocates over half of the project area to green spaces and open areas, surrounded by trees, various flowers, and relaxation spots throughout the project, inviting people to step outside, breathe fresh air, engage in creative activities, and exercise, while also serving as a public refuge for everyone in emergencies.
