The total project value is over 700 million baht, with plans for long-term collaboration aiming to develop joint projects worth over 8 billion baht within 3 years.

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC Asset), revealed that the company continues to explore new markets with potential to drive its real estate business, particularly in residential sales, or Engine 1, to grow steadily and robustly. Recently, they partnered with Boat Development Co., Ltd., the force behind the success of the Boat Avenue project and a major luxury real estate developer in Phuket, to co-invest in the 'Sea Theater Rawai', a super luxury beachfront villa project in Phuket, which offers sea views from every unit.

“This marks the first time SC Asset is expanding its investment into the Phuket real estate market. The 'Sea Theater Rawai' project consists of 8 units of super luxury villas located on Rawai Beach, with a project value of 700 million baht, designed by A49 Architects, a leading architectural firm known for designing landmark projects and luxury properties both in Thailand and abroad. The project features three main villa types: Type S – Sapphire, Type E – Emerald, and Type A – Amethyst, offering a luxurious and elegant experience with spacious building areas of 3-4 stories, 4-5 bedrooms, ranging from 673.8 to 884.8 square meters.
