The Dusit Thani Board of Directors has resolved to appoint “Chaninthorn Thonwanit” as the Acting Chairman and Group CEO after “Suphajee Suthumpun” requested early retirement from her position. The company has agreed that this will take effect from today (September 12, 2025), confident that it will not impact the operations of the Dusit Thani Group, emphasizing that “Dusit Thani” has established a strong foundation and is ready for stable growth in the new context.

Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DUSIT) announced that it has been informed by Ms. Suphajee Suthumpun that after being approached by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister, to take on the role of “Minister of Commerce,” she has decided to accept the offer and therefore wishes to retire early from her position as Group CEO of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited to join the economic team that will drive important policies for the country's development during this challenging time.

To ensure the company's operations continue smoothly and stably, the Board of Directors in a meeting on September 12, 2025 has approved the appointment of Mr. Chaninthorn Thonwanit as Acting Chairman and Group CEO to ensure that management and policies during this transition period can proceed smoothly.
