The Ascott Limited Thailand (Ascott) has announced a significant partnership with Phuket HA Tree Co., Ltd. and Above Patong Residence Co., Ltd. to manage and develop Ascott Abov Patong Phuket, a comprehensive destination that includes Ascott Abov Patong Phuket Resort and Residences at Ascott Abov Patong Phuket. This collaboration marks a crucial step in launching the first Ascott-branded resort and residence in Phuket, reinforcing the vision to expand the portfolio in key tourist markets across Thailand.

The project is located just 150 meters from Patong Beach and features 482 units in both the resort and residence, designed under the concept of “Fine Arts Inspired by Nature,” blending luxury, simplicity, and modern comfort with the natural beauty of Phuket.

Ascott Abov Patong Phuket Resort offers accommodations that cater to all needs, from deluxe rooms to two-bedroom suites, with comprehensive amenities such as two swimming pools, an executive lounge, fitness center, kids' club, and various recreational activities. Additionally, there are all-day dining options, specialty restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a poolside bar.

Residences at Ascott Abov Patong Phuket feature one and two-bedroom options, including special choices like pool-access rooms, garden-view rooms, and sea-view rooms, with ownership options available as freehold and leasehold.
