Central Pattana Public Company Limited is set to officially open 'Central Krabi' on October 24, 2025, marking the first mixed-use development in the heart of Krabi. This project includes a shopping center, residential units, condominiums, and hotels, going beyond a mere shopping destination to drive the future of tourism in Krabi. It will be The First Sustainable-Lifestyle Shopping Centre, contributing to elevating Krabi as a global destination for eco-tourism and serving as a hub for Sustainable Tourism experiences that harmoniously connect people, nature, and local communities. Central Krabi will be the first shopping center in Thailand to seek EDGE certification - Zero level, reinforcing international standards for sustainability, while bringing together over 300 renowned Thai and global brands, along with quality local shops, to provide a new experience that meets the lifestyle needs of quality tourists from around the world.

Inspired by 'Every Aspect of Krabi', Central Krabi is designed to truly serve the community, integrating the identity, culture, and nature of Krabi into every dimension of the shopping center. It features five main zones: Krabi Bay, Beachwalk, Palm Square, Fisherman’s Village, and Andaman Market, which connect to the local imagery and reflect the concept of being a genuine community space—not just a shopping venue, but a center of shared pride.

A True Model of a 'Sustainable' Shopping Center
Under the concept of sustainable development, Central Krabi has been designed with environmental considerations in every aspect. The project will also create CSV initiatives in collaboration with the community to generate income and drive the local circular economy, alongside partnerships with shops in the Green Partnership program to promote tangible Green Collaboration.

Leading brands such as Adidas, Bearhouse, Beautrium, Bonchon, Crocs, Fuji, Gaga, Good Goods, HarborLand, Insoul Halal, iStudio, Jian Cha, Jetts Fitness, Jim Thompson, KKV, Lush, Mandarin Suki, Miniso, Much & Mellow, Nuh, Potato Corner, Prime Burger, Shabushi, Souri, Starbucks, and over 300 other top brands will create a comprehensive lifestyle experience all in one place.
