Sansiri, a leader in design and real estate in Thailand, reaffirms its commitment with over 40 years of experience to empower a new generation of creators passionate about design and art. This initiative builds on the successful "Artizen" project, which offers a space for opportunities and sparks creativity, receiving overwhelming responses last year. It aims to allow the new generation to learn from industry professionals across various fields while empowering New Talent in four categories: Illustration, Photography, Product Design, and Music Composition, to inspire and elevate emerging artists to professional levels.

Recently, in collaboration with Khon Kaen University, Faculty of Fine Arts, the project “Artizen KKU Edition” was launched, providing students the opportunity to create wall paintings in the heart of Khon Kaen on a real wall over 34 meters long. The creative challenge is to reflect the unique character of Sansiri's three condominium projects in Khon Kaen: The Base Downtown Khon Kaen, The Base Sri Chan-Khon Kaen, and D Condo Campus Khon Kaen, competing for a total prize value of over 200,000 Baht. The judging panel includes esteemed experts such as Mr. Yoon - Panphat Techamethakul, an artist/Artizen’s Mentor, along with the Sansiri team and faculty members from the Fine Arts Department at Khon Kaen University. Over 90 students participated, forming 27 teams.

The competition awards include one winning team per project, each receiving a cash prize of 50,000 Baht, totaling three awards, and two commendation teams per project, each receiving 10,000 Baht, totaling six awards. Additionally, all winning teams will receive certificates and opportunities to collaborate on future projects with Sansiri. The results for each project are as follows:

  • The Base Downtown Khon Kaen: The winning team is Team Ha Jaturatep, and the commendation teams are Team Back8 and Team Girl P.3.
  • D Condo Campus Khon Kaen: The winning team is Team B00M!BL00M!, and the commendation teams are Team Kan Moo, Kan Mee, Kan Madu Noi, and Team Pa Kham Sang Luy.
  • The Base Sri Chan-Khon Kaen: The winning team is Team Gok Gon O (Gus Gus Nim), and the commendation teams are Team BestMates and Team No Team Name.

Khon Kaen is one of the strategic locations that Sansiri continuously values.
