Sena-Hankyu Hanshin, a joint venture between Sena Development Public Company Limited and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp, a leading real estate group from Japan, led by Mr. Prakit Akkraserinan, Deputy Managing Director, and Mr. Phanrit Bua Pa, Assistant Managing Director of Project Management at Sena Development, along with Mr. Keiji Harakawa, Managing Director of Hankyu Hanshin Properties (Thailand), inspected the progress of the "Niche Mono Bangpo" project as of August 2025. The structural work has progressed over 97%, reflecting that construction is on schedule and managed effectively.

The project has implemented a new inspection process under the SENA Quality Check framework, along with additional evaluations by Uplus Consultants Co., Ltd., an independent third-party verifier, to ensure confidence in international construction standards, particularly in structural design that is stable, strong, and capable of withstanding seismic forces according to global engineering standards.

With clear progress and disciplined management, Sena-Hankyu Hanshin is confident that the project will be completed and residential units delivered as scheduled in February 2026. This reaffirms their readiness and capability to instill maximum confidence in residents and investors.
