ORN announces its first half of 2025 financial results, reporting total revenue of 801.63 million baht and a net profit of 63.69 million baht, marking a 686.23% increase. In the second quarter of 2025, total revenue reached 362.93 million baht with a net profit of 25.05 million baht, driven by continuous transfers of ownership in horizontal and vertical projects in Chiang Mai, showcasing strong performance despite a sluggish real estate market. The company is moving forward with strategies to boost sales, targeting long-term foreign residents, and managing costs rigorously, confident that its backlog exceeds 2.606 billion baht, supporting continued revenue growth in the second half of the year.

Mr. Pridikorn Buranupakorn, CEO of Orsirin Holding Public Company Limited (ORN), revealed that the company’s total revenue for the first half of 2025 was 801.63 million baht, up from 379.64 million baht in the same period last year, with a net profit of 63.69 million baht, a significant increase from 8.10 million baht last year, representing a growth of 686.23%.

For the second quarter of 2025, total revenue was 362.93 million baht, an increase from 182.99 million baht in the same quarter last year, with a net profit of 25.05 million baht, reversing from a net loss of 2.32 million baht in the previous year. This was attributed to the recognition of ownership transfers from ongoing horizontal and vertical projects in Chiang Mai, including Astra Sky River, The Next Jedyod 2, Belive Wongwan-Sankamphaeng, and Habitat Wongwan-Sankamphaeng.

Overall, the Chiang Mai real estate market in the second quarter of 2025 faced a low season due to tourism downturns and impacts from war and tax uncertainties, leading to a sluggish market. However, ORN managed to achieve good sales levels, currently holding a backlog valued at approximately 2.606 billion baht, which is expected to gradually contribute to revenue starting in the third quarter of 2025.

Nonetheless, there remains a long-term demand for housing from foreign customers. The company is adjusting various strategies to cope with the challenging market conditions, enhancing competitive capabilities, focusing on developing projects in prime locations near amenities, designing for practical use, ensuring high construction quality, using environmentally friendly materials, and providing valuable after-sales services that meet the needs of both Thai and foreign customers comprehensively. Additionally, special promotional activities are continuously organized to stimulate sales across all ongoing projects, while strictly managing costs to achieve the targeted growth,

Mr. Pridikorn stated.
