MK GROUP Launches Buffet to Boost Sales, Achieves Positive SSSG of 9% and Approves Dividend of 0.50 Baht per Share
MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited or MK GROUP and its subsidiaries reported their performance for the second quarter of 2025, with total revenue of 3,877 million baht, including sales and service income of 3,793 million baht, which showed a smaller decline compared to the previous quarter. For the first half of 2025, total revenue reached 7,334 million baht, while MK GROUP also approved a dividend payment of 0.50 baht per share.
When comparing the performance between the first and second quarters, there was a clear increase of 7.1%, attributed to marketing efforts that continuously responded to consumer trends and demands since the beginning of the year. In June, MK Restaurants launched a promotion called “Kum Kum, Unlimited Satisfaction” at a price of 299 baht, which received a positive response from customers. As a result, same-store sales in June grew by 9% compared to the same period last year and by 18% compared to the previous month. This is a positive sign for recovery, growing against the backdrop of a slowing overall economy, while also managing to bring back old customers and expand the new customer base.
Looking ahead, the third quarter is expected to show continued growth, with plans for ongoing expansion. MK Restaurants has announced the extension of the “Kum Kum, Unlimited Satisfaction 299 Baht” promotion until August, along with the launch of a new brand in their portfolio, “Bonus Suki,” which opened its first branch in July, and plans for further expansion of affiliated brands.
