A5 Reports Q2/68 Performance with Revenue of 416.56 Million Baht and Net Profit of 70.88 Million Baht
A5 has announced its Q2/68 financial results, achieving total revenue of 416.56 million baht and a net profit of 70.88 million baht. For the first half of 2568, the company reported total revenue of 698.45 million baht and a net profit of 101.23 million baht, reflecting a strong strategy in developing projects that cater to the luxury customer segment. The outlook for Q3/68 appears positive, with plans to launch new projects in high-potential locations to strengthen the company's foundation.
Mr. Supachok Panjathasap, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leader in the development of luxury residential properties, revealed that for Q2 of 2568, the company achieved total revenue of 416.56 million baht, an increase from the previous quarter's revenue of 281.89 million baht, representing a rise of 134.67 million baht or 47.77%. The net profit was 70.88 million baht, up from 30.34 million baht in the previous quarter, an increase of 40.54 million baht or 133.61%. For the first half of 2568, total revenue was 698.45 million baht with a net profit of 101.23 million baht.

The company's growth in performance compared to the previous quarter is attributed to the recognition of transfer of ownership from the CINQ ROYAL Krungthep Kreetha project, which completed sales and ownership transfers in July, as well as the VANA Ratchapruek-Westville project, which continues to receive positive feedback.
Although the overall real estate market in Q3/2568 shows signs of slowing down, the company has still managed to achieve strong sales performance. This success is largely due to the development of quality products that meet the needs of luxury customers and a clear strategy targeting specific market segments by selecting high-potential locations that can create long-term value. Therefore, the company's projects are not only quality residences but also assets that can be passed down as legacies in the future.
A5 currently has a backlog of sales worth 655 million baht (as of June 30, 2568) from the CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 and VANA Ratchapruek-Westville projects, which are expected to gradually recognize revenue in the second half of the year.
Additionally, the company plans to launch a new project brand in the second half of 2568, designed to be exclusive and private, targeting ultra-luxury customers in high-potential locations suitable for both residence and investment. This is expected to be one of the projects that will enhance the company's financial strength in the future.
“We are confident in the potential of the luxury real estate market, which has a customer base looking for high-quality residences with designs and functions that meet lifestyle needs, along with rare high-potential locations. Therefore, we are moving forward with new projects that combine comprehensive functions with unique designs, using environmentally friendly materials to create long-term value and sustainability, while managing financial costs accurately and prudently to face future challenges,” said Mr. Supachok.
