CPANEL Signals Turnaround in Q2/2025 with Revenue of 88 Million Baht, Profit of 2 Million Baht
CPANEL announced its Q2/2025 financial results, reporting total revenue of 88 million baht and a net profit of 2 million baht, with a backlog of 1.311 billion baht. In the second half of the year, the company is ramping up project deliveries, with revenue continuously recovering. They are actively bidding for medium to large public sector projects and increasing private sector work while managing costs effectively, emphasizing the trend towards low-carbon construction materials that support the demand for high-standard Precast Concrete.
Mr. Chakrit Tipakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited (CPANEL), a manufacturer and distributor of fully automated precast concrete products for real estate construction projects, stated that for Q2 2025, the company achieved total revenue of 88 million baht and a net profit of 2 million baht, attributed to expanding its customer base and gradually delivering public and private sector projects, along with efficient cost management. In the first half of 2025, the company reported total revenue of 126.72 million baht and a net loss of 13.07 million baht.

Overall, the company's performance is showing a continuous recovery trend in the second half of 2025, supported by a backlog of 1.311 billion baht in projects currently in production, delivery, and revenue recognition. This includes office buildings, residential projects, government hospitals, retail and tourism buildings, low-rise condominiums, and luxury single-family homes, which will gradually contribute to revenue in Q3/2025.
At the same time, CPANEL continues to focus on expanding its customer base in both public and private sectors. It is expected that by Q3/2025, the company will secure an additional five new projects while efficiently managing costs to maintain profitability and strengthen financial liquidity.
“In the past period, from the second half of 2024 to the first quarter of this year, the company's performance was impacted by the overall slowdown in the real estate market, which delayed new project launches. However, CPANEL has adjusted its strategy to diversify its customer base across both public and private projects to ensure a steady and appropriate revenue recognition. Currently, CPANEL's precast concrete wall products have received a positive response,” Mr. Chakrit stated.
Various business sectors, including medium to large public sector projects, are increasingly prioritizing construction materials that meet high standards, are durable, and environmentally friendly. This is particularly true for materials that incorporate sustainable technology and green building practices to reduce carbon emissions, aligning with the characteristics of CPANEL's Precast Concrete, which features modern production processes that are environmentally friendly, save time, and effectively control construction costs,” Mr. Chakrit added.
