Sansiri Reports 49% Growth in Q2 Profit, First Half Surpasses 2 Billion, Positive Outlook as BOT Cuts Interest Rates to Stimulate Purchasing Power
Mr. Vicharn Viriyaprasit, Chief Executive Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited or SIRI, a leading real estate company in Thailand, revealed that the company's performance in the second quarter of 2025 has shown growth compared to the previous quarter (QoQ) due to improved transfers in both horizontal and condominium segments, as well as a recovery in the Premium and Medium markets. The Affordable market has also maintained good transfer rates, resulting in total revenue for Q2 of 8.786 billion baht, an increase of 28% QoQ, and total revenue for the first half reaching 15.678 billion baht. The net profit for Q2 stood at 1.214 billion baht, up 49% QoQ, with a net profit of 2.028 billion baht for the first half, achieving total sales of 26 billion baht, marking a strong performance amidst a challenging market.
This success stems from effective management of ready-to-sell product portfolios and support from two condominium projects in Phuket that were delivered on schedule, generating immediate revenue: The Base Rise and The Base Bukit. In the horizontal segment, the project at Demi Rama 9-Meng Chai sold out before the pre-sale date, reflecting confidence in the Sansiri brand. Additionally, 13 projects worth over 15.5 billion baht have already sold out.

Future Business Plans Sansiri continues to prioritize the development of residential properties in high-potential locations that have consistent demand and are not sensitive to market conditions. New projects are set to launch, including Saransiri Chatu Chot and Burasiri Chatu Chot, while accelerating the launch of new condominiums in Bangkok to increase backlog supporting long-term revenue. Completed projects ready for transfer include The Move Sukhumvit 107, D Condo Sense (Bang Saen), Flow by Sansiri, and The Base Urban Rama 9, which are expected to play a significant role in driving sales. New projects such as Wallace House, Self by Sansiri, WIDEN by Sansiri, and The Move Bang Wa are also in the pipeline, along with plans to expand project development to key tourist destinations, particularly Phuket with the Setthasiri brand towards the end of Q3. Importantly, there are also opportunities to invest with new business partners for joint project development.

Furthermore, as a major player and market leader, Sansiri continues to emphasize its role as a good citizen, which is part of Sansiri's DNA in contributing to society and the country as a whole. This includes the important mission of No One Left Behind, where Sansiri ensures that no one is abandoned. Recently, they collaborated with partners to deliver essential supplies to assist areas along the Thai-Cambodian border and supported Thai farmers by purchasing mangosteen and longan to provide quality fruits to Sansiri Community and surrounding communities.
“SIRI” SETHD Continues to Pay High Dividends
In addition to outstanding performance, Sansiri reinforces its stability by being one of the 30 stocks in SETHD (SET High Dividend 30 Index), which are stocks with strong fundamentals and consistent high dividend returns (SIRI has an average Dividend Yield of over 8% in the past five years). Recently, the company's board approved the payment of dividends from operations for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025, at a rate of 0.05 baht per share, with the XD mark on August 28, 2025, and the dividend payment to shareholders on September 11, 2025. Including the previous dividend payment of 0.08 baht per share, the total dividend for this year will be 0.13 baht, representing a Dividend Yield of 8.6% based on the current price. This dividend payment reflects the strong fundamentals and performance of Sansiri.
BOT Cuts Interest Rates, Positive Signal for Real Estate, Accelerating Growth in the Second Half
Mr. Vicharn further stated that the unanimous decision by the Monetary Policy Committee (BOT) to reduce the policy interest rate by 0.25% per annum from 1.75% to 1.50% effective immediately is seen as a signal that the BOT is ready to adopt a more accommodative monetary policy. This is a positive sentiment that will help stimulate purchasing power, as consumers will have lower repayment burdens and easier access to credit, while operators will also experience reduced financial costs, which will revitalize the overall real estate market.
Analysts Predict SIRI Will Continue to Grow, Recommend "Buy" with High Dividends
Analysis from Kasikorn Securities (August 1, 2025) indicates that SIRI's profit trend continues to grow despite challenging business conditions. The backlog transfer will support sales and profits in the second half of 2025, expected to exceed the first half. It is anticipated that the value of ownership transfers and SIRI's profits will continue to increase each quarter from now on, recommending a "buy" with a target price of 1.74 baht, noting that the stock is reasonably priced (trading at a P/E of 5.7 times for 2025) and offers a good Dividend Yield of 8.8%.
