CMC Group, a developer of sustainable residential properties in prime locations, has launched the project "The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya–Phra Nakhon Nuea" to welcome faculty and students from the Management of Design Project course in the Interior Design and Business Development program at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. The visit aims to provide insights into sustainable real estate development and address urban living needs through the design process.

During the event, students participated in an in-depth lecture on the real estate project development process, designing quality living spaces, and applying technology for energy conservation in buildings, including heat prevention measures. The project "The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya–Phra Nakhon Nuea" received the Energy Conservation Building Design Award in 2019. The management process of large-scale projects was also discussed, from concept to delivery, with executives and experts from CMC sharing their knowledge and real work experiences to inspire students.

Students showed particular interest in the building's structural design that integrates wind and vibration resistance technology, the use of environmentally friendly materials such as energy-efficient glass and standard-compliant flooring materials, as well as the interior and exterior design inspired by "water waves" under the concept "Living the Curve of River Line – Experience the Aesthetics of Life Above the Water," which emphasizes openness and effective use of natural light to create beautiful views and comfort in living, with a river view visible from every angle.

Additionally, students learned how to assess the value of design in both functional and business terms, as well as planning usable space to meet the future lifestyle behaviors of residents through group visits to real areas, including the garden and a central library of over 2,700 square meters, which is open 24 hours, along with sample rooms ranging from 26.0 to 52.6 square meters. CMC believes that this activity will provide students with in-depth knowledge about real estate and expose them to the design process that genuinely considers residents' needs, inspiring them from "The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya–Phra Nakhon Nuea" – a luxury condominium with a view of the Chao Phraya River curve that will transform your life into one filled with endless inspiration.

Ms. Anonglak Pathayanun, Managing Director of Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited, stated, "The launch of the 'The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya–Phra Nakhon Nuea' project is part of CMC Group's commitment to supporting education and sustainable youth development in Thailand, believing that 'knowledge is the foundation of growth.' Participating in the architecture and design faculty's courses at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok is a great opportunity to broaden students' perspectives, allowing them to extend their knowledge from the classroom to the real world and prepare to be a vital force in Thai society in the future."

CMC Group emphasizes the importance of participating in developing the potential of Thai youth, believing that instilling a vision of sustainability alongside professional skills will be a significant driving force for the new generation to propel the Thai real estate industry to grow responsibly and sustainably towards society and the environment.
