Sena - Hankyu Hanshin Prepares to Deliver Flexi Mega Space Bangna in October 2025, Progress Over 98% Reinforces Management Potential and Supports Continuous Revenue Growth by Year-End
Sena – Hankyu Hanshin, a joint venture between Sena Development Public Company Limited and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp, a leading real estate group from Japan, led by Mr. Prakit Akkarasarin, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Sriwarat Thanyalakphak, Senior Director, Mr. Phanrit Buapha, Assistant Managing Director of Project Management at Sena Development Public Company Limited, and Mr. Keiji Harakawa, Managing Director of Hankyu Hanshin Properties (Thailand), conducted an on-site inspection of the "Flexi Mega Space Bangna" project in July 2025, which is over 98% complete. They are confident that residential units will be delivered as planned in October this year, under the project management approach of "SENA Quality Check," which builds on the knowledge of Japanese partners through a five-step quality control process, from design and planning to construction management and pre-delivery inspection.

The Flexi Mega Space Bangna project is a 32-story high-rise condominium with a total of 807 units, developed under the concept "Simplify to Amplify" in a Modern Japandi style that blends Japanese simplicity with modern European warmth. It emphasizes a simple yet harmonious design, featuring special functional rooms with a ceiling height of 2.9 meters, the only one in the Bangna area. The project is strategically located on Bangna-Trad Road, near Mega Bangna, with convenient connections to the airport, Sukhumvit, and major roads, along with shuttle services to MRT Si Iam and BTS Bangna. It is also equipped with extensive common areas, including EV chargers, a solar rooftop, and amenities that truly support urban lifestyles.
