Sammakorn reinforces its vision for sustainable development (ESG), aiming to create value for society and communities by launching the Sammakorn SME Brand Incubator project. This initiative is designed to equip traders at the Sammakorn Ramkhamhaeng and Mueang Ek markets with comprehensive creative skills and knowledge, with the goal of enabling these traders to grow robustly and sustainably alongside Sammakorn.

Mr. Panthit Thongsamran, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Sammakorn Public Company Limited, stated, "The real estate rental business at both the Sammakorn Ramkhamhaeng and Mueang Ek markets is one of our proudest achievements. We are committed to developing not just 'rental spaces' but 'spaces for mutual growth' for both shops and the community sustainably. This underscores our vision and care for our partners and traders, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which we see as a vital driving force for the country."

Boosting Sales through Value Creation

The business brand incubation project collaborates with small retailers in both Sammakorn markets, namely Ramkhamhaeng and Mueang Ek, to enhance their competitive capabilities in response to fluctuating economic conditions. Currently, retail and restaurant businesses face intense competition, and consumer demands are increasingly diverse. Therefore, beyond serving delicious food and sourcing quality ingredients and products, enhancing financial and investment skills, creating memorable brand identities, designing attractive packaging, and utilizing both online and offline media to reach target audiences are the foundations of this project. Esteemed guests, including Mr. Krit Puthphim, Design Director of Dots Design Studio, and Mr. Kanisorn Thongsamran, known as "KRU INK," a popular TikTok singing teacher and owner of OCTAVEASHIRA and Heha Bapao FAMILY, shared their knowledge during this event, which received excellent feedback from participating traders.

This is not just a prime location or a hub of popular shops; it is a community space that connects people and provides significant opportunities for small entrepreneurs. The 'Sammakorn SME Brand Incubator' project arises from the intention to move beyond being a mere space provider to becoming a 'supporter that empowers our traders to grow robustly and sustainably,' reflecting Sammakorn's commitment to seeing our partners happy and growing together steadily,” Mr. Panthit concluded.
