Singha Estate Public Company Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Chai Rat Siwapornpan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2025. This change marks a significant step in strengthening the organization and focuses on driving sustainable growth in the future.

The Board of Directors, led by Mr. Pitipong Phuengboon Na Ayutthaya, Chairman, acknowledged the retirement of Ms. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj from her position as CEO and her resignation from the roles of Board Director, Risk Management Committee Member, and Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Committee Member, effective July 1, 2025. The Board and senior management express their gratitude to Ms. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj for her vision and dedication during her tenure, which has led Singha Estate to remarkable growth and success, particularly during the past years from 2021 to 2025, when she served as CEO and achieved significant milestones, including the expansion of project portfolios both domestically and internationally, strengthening financial stability, and importantly, establishing the “Singha Estate” brand and its product lines as recognized luxury brands under the vision of “Entrusted and Value Enricher.”

Additionally, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Chai Rat Siwapornpan as CEO, succeeding Ms. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj upon her retirement, effective July 1, 2025. Furthermore, Mr. Chai Rat Siwapornpan has also been appointed as a Board Director to fill the vacant position, effective the same day. Ms. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Chai Rat Siwapornpan has been with Singha Estate for a long time and is a key figure behind the organization's success in various areas over the years. He is a widely recognized executive with a strong commitment to continuing the development and expansion of the company's business both in Thailand and internationally, covering all four main business sectors of Singha Estate: residential real estate, hotel business, commercial buildings, and industrial estates and infrastructure.
