When attention to detail is the foundation of sustainable quality, Sena Development Public Company Limited is advancing project standards with global knowledge. They organized the "SENA Quality Check Inspired by Geo Check+" training to systematically elevate project development standards by applying insights from their Japanese partner, Hankyu Hanshin Properties (HHP). This training included in-depth learning at the headquarters and on-site project visits, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, along with Mr. Takeshi Tsuchi, Mr. Keiji Harakagawa, and the team from Hankyu Hanshin Properties Thailand. They were honored to have the Quality Management team from HHP, who traveled to share their knowledge on the "Geo Check+" concept, a five-step quality control process covering everything from design, construction planning, work supervision, to pre-delivery inspections. This also included guidelines on safety and disaster preparedness to elevate the standard of Thai housing, ensuring both quality and safety in every project.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak (Dr. Yui), Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, stated, "Sena prioritizes quality in every process. We are extremely proud to collaborate with HHP, not just as a joint investor but as partners with a shared vision and goals. The opportunity for the Japanese team to personally convey Geo Check+ this time is invaluable for Sena to learn and develop new knowledge to enhance the standards of Thai construction, especially in disaster preparedness, systematic quality control, and attention to detail, which are hallmarks of the internationally recognized Japanese standards known for their meticulousness, systematic processes, and high safety standards. Sena believes that this knowledge and these concepts can be adapted to fit the Thai context, including environmental conditions, laws, construction processes, and project management by developers, as well as close collaboration with construction teams, quality control teams, and third-party inspections that verify quality from the beginning to project delivery.

This collaboration marks an important step for Sena in building a stronger quality system, enhancing long-term customer confidence. We would like to thank HHP for dedicating their time to share knowledge and sending a team of experts to train and work closely with Sena's team. This is another significant step in developing safe, comfortable projects that truly meet future living needs.

The training lasted three days, with over 50 participants from various key departments of Sena, including business development, project development, construction support, quality control, and SenX management, as well as other support teams. The focus was on applying the "Geo Check+" approach to designing safe and practical common areas, which has already been implemented in various projects under the SENA Next Level Standard plan, driven by three main pillars: SENA TRUST, SENA CARE, and SENA LOW CARBON.

This training was not just theoretical learning but involved practical application, reflecting Sena's commitment as a Sustainable Living Leader ready to transfer Japanese quality standards to Thai projects and create housing that is truly beneficial for people and the planet.
