Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant, CEO of Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited (PRI), stated that Primo has adjusted its strategy for 2025, reinforcing its management team to implement the business plan “FOCUS ON CORE…doing better.” The goal is to provide comprehensive services from upstream to downstream through its subsidiaries, enhancing service efficiency, delving into details, and recruiting skilled teams to improve work quality while controlling competitive costs to drive revenue growth through increased recurring income and a strong backlog. The focus will also be on managing costs and expenses through systems and processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency, as well as expanding diverse business operations to create growth opportunities.

Three Strong Leaders to Guide Primo Towards Future Growth-Oriented Services

For the consulting and engineering design business group, Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant oversees the engineering consulting and design group, as well as after-sales services, focusing on operational strength, profitability, and seeking external projects, particularly in government agencies, state enterprises, and the private sector.

Meanwhile, the Living Service group, which manages real estate, is led by Ms. Pinita Silpasuwan, co-CEO of Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited, who has expertise in property management from her extensive experience in managing residential properties and service apartments. She fully manages hotel and residential operations to support asset management services, planning, decoration, and providing services and amenities for tenants or guests, focusing on improving service quality to enhance revenue streams for other businesses in the group.

The Brokerage group will focus on expanding sales and leasing of real estate, which will be a core part of PRIMO's future operations, overseen by Mr. Napath Burana-pongsak, CEO of Passion Realtor Co., Ltd., who has experience and expertise in comprehensive real estate services. In 2025, Passion Realtor plans to elevate service levels and partner with leading firms to implement proactive marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and convenience throughout the year.
