Overview of the Housing Market in the Central Provinces shows that in the second half of 2024, there were a total of 11,851 housing units offered for sale, an increase of 24.5%, valued at 39,401 million baht, an increase of 33.4%. Only 724 new projects entered the market, a decrease of 22.2%, valued at 2,741 million baht, an increase of 37.6%. The number of newly sold housing units was 860, down 20.5%, valued at 2,609 million baht, a decrease of 10.1%. This includes 709 housing projects valued at 2,351 million baht and only 151 condominium units valued at 258 million baht. The number of unsold housing units increased to 10,991, up 30.2%, valued at 36,791 million baht, an increase of 38.1% compared to the same period last year (YoY).

In the second half of 2024, 294 new housing units entered the market, a decrease of 68.4%, valued at 854 million baht, a decrease of 57.1%.
