Thanasiri Group (THANA) held its annual general meeting for shareholders for the year 2025, chaired by Mr. Chaiwat Uthaivorn (5th from the right), Chairman of THANA, along with a panel of esteemed board members. The shareholders unanimously approved the payment of dividends based on the performance for the fiscal year 2024 at a rate of 0.041 Baht per share, totaling 11,372,392 Baht, which represents a dividend payout ratio of 40.50% of the net profit from the annual financial statements for 2024. An interim dividend of 0.025 Baht per share has already been paid, leaving a remaining dividend of 0.016 Baht per share to be distributed to the company's shareholders, amounting to 4,438,007 Baht. The list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend will be determined on April 22, 2025, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 9, 2025, in line with the strategy for balanced, livable, and sustainable growth.
