Following the recent earthquake, Noble Group, led by Mr. Thongchai Busarapant, Vice Chairman and CEO, along with Mr. Sira Udon, Chief Operating Officer of Noble Development Public Company Limited, convened a meeting with senior executives and project managers. They collaborated with the legal entities of the condominium buildings and invited the main contractors involved in the construction, as well as subcontractors, to unveil the roadmap for inspection and recovery measures for the buildings. This includes providing advice and assistance to the legal entities in assessing damage to common areas and individual units of residents. The Noble ID Application was launched to facilitate residents and legal entities in reporting damage to their units quickly.

In this initiative, Noble Group introduced and sourced experts for high-rise building inspections using drones to document damage in hard-to-reach areas. This ensures a comprehensive assessment of damage for the legal entities to file insurance claims. Additionally, Noble invited main contractors and subcontractors to participate in the meeting to facilitate communication between the legal entities and contractors, ensuring that the coordination for repairing both common areas and residents' units is swift and efficient.

The roadmap consists of five main steps as follows:

  1. The legal entity conducts an initial safety inspection of the project to determine if the building is safe for access.
  2. Noble and the experts jointly inspect the details to issue a safety certificate.
  3. Noble provides guidance to the legal entities to source contractors for repairing damage in common areas.
  4. Noble collaborates with the legal entities to announce the use of the "???????????????????? ????????" application to document damage in units for insurance claims.
  5. Noble, together with the legal entities, advises unit owners on sourcing contractors to repair damage within their units.

Noble sincerely hopes that all residents will be able to return to their normal lives soon, in a stable and safe environment, receiving the best care possible.
