MQDC Receives Safety Certification from External Engineers for All Projects
Following the earthquake, MQDC has proactively inspected all buildings across its 17 projects using external expert companies, ensuring safety for residents. The inspection process is divided into four steps.
- Initial Inspection: MQDC dispatched a team of engineers to inspect the building structures, finding no severe damage. This was completed by March 29, 2025.
- Detailed Structural Inspection by Internal Engineers: A thorough inspection was conducted across all projects, covering structural work, architectural work, fire protection systems, passenger lift systems, electrical communication systems, plumbing, and swimming pools from March 29 to April 2, 2025. *No structural damage affecting safety was found.*
- Inspection by External Experts: MQDC invited four external expert companies, including INFRA GROUP Co., Ltd. (engineering and architectural design and consulting), Stonehenge Co., Ltd. (construction design and management), KCS & Associates Co., Ltd. (engineering design and construction management), and C-Insight Co., Ltd. (structural engineering experts) to conduct a detailed structural inspection from March 29 to April 3, 2025.
- Inspection According to Bangkok Regulations: This will be conducted in accordance with Bangkok's requirements, and information will be submitted via the Bangkok Google Form.

Additionally, MQDC will assist in coordinating with insurance companies regarding compensation claims for residents, as well as undertaking repairs to restore the architectural beauty of the projects.
