Villa Kunalai Public Company Limited, or KUN, a developer of ready-to-move-in residential properties in the suburban areas of Bangkok and its vicinity, has expressed its concern regarding the earthquake that occurred in Thailand on March 28, 2025. The company extends its deepest condolences to those affected and sends support to all families impacted by this event. To demonstrate responsibility and build confidence among residents, the company has conducted inspections of its residential projects, including townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes, as well as common areas across a total of 8 projects, which include:

- Kunalai Daisy
- Kunalai Begins 2
- Kunalai Courtyard (Phase 2)
- Kunalai Park
- Kunalai Perra
- Kunalai Prim Lux
- Navara Rama 2
- Navara Rangsit-Klong 2
The inspections were carried out systematically under the supervision of experienced professionals in the relevant field to assess the structural integrity and safety of the residences.

According to the preliminary inspection results, no significant damage or impact on the structural integrity of the buildings was found in any of the projects. The main structures of the homes remain stable and strong, in compliance with the standards set forth by building control laws and the regulations of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning. Moving forward, the company will continue to regularly inspect the quality of homes and develop projects with care to provide a good quality of life and long-term safety for residents in all "Kunalai" projects.
