Achieving great success with the event SC ASSET Presents MARTECH EXPO 2025: EXPLORING THE POWER, the largest marketing technology and innovation expo of the year, organized by Future Trends and JITTIPONG Loespradit in collaboration with SC ASSET, held on March 26, 2025, at the Pirach Hall, BITEC Bangna. The event attracted over 13,000 executives, marketers, representatives from government organizations, businesses, and entrepreneurs, featuring various activities aimed at connecting the MarTech ecosystem in Thailand with global marketing tools. This initiative supports Thai businesses in leveraging technology and innovation as strategies for sustainable growth.

Thanachot Visutthasaman, CEO of LikeMe Co., Ltd. and Founder of Future Trends, stated that businesses worldwide are increasingly recognizing the importance of Marketing Technology Tools, or MarTech. Data from a recent survey revealed that the number of marketing technology tools has grown from 11,038 to 14,106 within the past year, marking a 30% increase, the highest growth rate in five years. Thailand is entering a new phase at level 3, emphasizing the connection between the MarTech ecosystem in Thailand and global marketing technology tools, enabling businesses to fully integrate technology and innovation into marketing. As competition in MarTech intensifies, the concept of MarTech equating to Marketing will become the new standard for future businesses.

“This year, the SC ASSET Presents MARTECH EXPO 2025 marks its third year, ready to support Thai businesses in accessing the MarTech market more intensively, paving the way for collaboration between MarTech and Marketing. In the first year, we introduced various forms of MarTech to businesses. The second year focused on successful case studies using MarTech to help entrepreneurs understand its application. This year, we emphasize exploring the potential and power of MarTech, featuring knowledge from over 80 speakers at national and global levels, with more than 50 discussion sessions across three main stages: VISIONARY STAGE, STRATEGY STAGE, and PRODUCT LAUNCH STAGE. We also deepened the focus on using marketing technology tools through WORKSHOPS and demonstrations of innovations by experts,” Thanachot added.

 

Jittipong Loespradit, Event Co-Host of the MarTech Expo and a marketing and technology expert, discussed advancements in marketing technology, particularly the use of AI as a tool for defining business strategies, under the topic Strategic Roadmap to AI-Driven CDP and MarTech Integration. He revealed that AI plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and MarTech. In the B2B market, AI helps gather and analyze customer data, enabling sales teams to present products effectively. In the B2C market, AI technology assists in real-time analysis of customer behavior, segmenting target audiences based on interests, purchasing behavior, and loyalty levels to create personalized marketing campaigns. Additionally, AI aids in developing Loyalty Programs and Rewards Management to enhance Customer Engagement, build a loyal customer base, and boost sales. Thus, AI is key to driving CDP and MarTech into a truly data-driven smart marketing era.
