In response to the recent earthquake, Areeya has dispatched a team of engineers and construction experts to inspect all of the company's projects, including horizontal projects, condominiums, those under construction, projects currently on sale, and those still within the warranty period. This is to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of safety.

The Areeya team would like to inform you that the structural integrity of all projects is strong and safe, adhering to engineering standards, building regulations, and the Ministry's rules from 2007, as well as the earthquake-resistant design standards set by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning (Standards No. 1301/1302).

From the preliminary inspections, the engineering team found that the impacts observed are merely traces from the vibrations, which do not affect the main structure of the buildings. Residents can continue to live normally. However, if any additional cracks are found or if there are concerns about the building's condition, please contact our Call Center at 1797 for immediate inspection by our team.
