Overall, the residential business in 2025 is expected to comprise a total of 79 low-rise projects and 2 condominium projects, with a combined value of 114,738 million baht. The company also plans to expand smaller projects in urban areas to meet current customer demands and attract new customers through three main strategies under the concept Together for the Greater Living – A Better World Starts with a Better Life.
- Function and Care – Paying attention to every design detail while aligning with ESG principles that emphasize business growth alongside economic, social, and environmental progress to ensure a better quality of life and reduce living costs for residents, reflected in the design of home functions that consider customer lifestyles, such as designing light channels, airflow, and higher ceiling spaces in the new home series for better ventilation, reducing indoor temperatures during the day, a Clean and Cool Air filtration system that filters mold, volatile substances, and dust to PM 2.5 levels, providing solar panel installation services for residents, indoor laundry and drying functions to alleviate concerns about dust and rain while drying clothes, as well as designing public park areas within projects to suit the lifestyles of modern customers, such as pet parks for pets considered family members, and increasing the planting of pesticide-free vegetables in addition to decorative plants in green spaces around projects.
- Real Estate as a Service – Through a customer-centric approach in offering after-sales services that are accessible and understanding of residents, incorporating innovations to enhance efficiency through the FTX application that helps residents access activities, privileges, report maintenance issues, and track repair statuses conveniently and quickly.
- Sustainable Living – Recently, the company received LEED v4.1 (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for single-family homes at the Gold level, a globally recognized standard for green buildings from the United States. This marks the first single-family home project in Thailand and Southeast Asia to be certified for prototype homes under the The Grand brand at Riverfront Ratchaphruek – Rama 5, with plans to apply LEED design criteria in all future projects. The company continues to elevate the standards of Thai housing, planning to apply for TREES (Thai’s Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability) certification, which assesses energy and environmental sustainability in Thailand by the Thai Green Building Institute (TGBI).

“We are building on the strategy of Secure Core, Embrace Future in the residential business, focusing on retaining customers through increased engagement with residents while expanding the customer base through operations that focus on three areas: new products, new brands, and new functions to enhance accessibility to the new generation of customers, offering quality homes with designs that understand customers and meet current and future lifestyles, aligning with the brand's stance on creating spaces that provide lasting positive experiences (Inspiring experiences, creating places for good),” Mr. Somboon concluded.
