A5 has announced its commitment to achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2050, with a goal of using 80% eco-friendly materials by 2030. The company is advancing its ESG initiatives through partnerships with major business allies including Krung Thai Bank, Nippon Paint, GUNKUL, and ONNEX by SCG Smart Living, as part of the event "A Better Planet for Sustainable Living." This reinforces A5's dedication to developing luxury residential projects while balancing sustainability for society and the planet, aiming to rise in the SET ESG Ratings or FTSE Russell by 2026-2027.

Mr. Supachok Panjathas, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leader in luxury real estate development, stated that A5 recognizes the importance of sustainability in its business operations, which supports long-term stability. The policy "A Better Planet for Sustainable Living" was announced to express the commitment to sustainable growth, aiming for Carbon Neutrality by 2050 and a target of 80% sustainable materials by 2030. The company integrates ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles into all aspects of its operations, focusing on developing luxury residential projects that balance luxury and sustainability, emphasizing superior design, efficient resource use, and prioritizing well-being and wellness through special locations, all under the principle of 'Greatness Inspired by LOVE' to create positive change in the real estate sector and deliver value to society, the environment, and the world.

A5 has partnered with Nippon Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd., GUNKUL Engineering Public Company Limited, and SCG Living and Housing Solutions to elevate construction standards and environmentally friendly materials. This includes using the highest quality ultra-premium exterior paint that reduces carbon emissions and reflects heat while promoting healthy living for residents, installing Solar Rooftops for clean energy production for homes and common areas, and implementing the SCG ACTIVE AIR QUALITY system to enhance indoor air quality. Additionally, A5 has received support for Transition Loan financing from Krung Thai Bank to develop its real estate projects.

“Through strong collaboration with these partners, A5 is committed to creating truly superior and sustainable housing. All future A5 projects will be designed using environmentally friendly materials, incorporating innovative technologies that align with eco-friendly principles. Furthermore, A5 will continue its social and community activities, such as the A5 Run With Love project and the A5 Create a Room for Kids initiative, with the goal of being evaluated according to SET ESG Ratings or FTSE Russell by 2026-2027,” said Mr. Supachok. Ms. Wachara Sirithichai, General Manager of Nippon Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated that Nippon Paint focuses on customer-centricity, developing products that meet the needs of users, which aligns with A5's operational approach by using environmentally friendly and health-conscious paints, such as the innovative exterior paint "Nippon Paint Weatherbond" that reflects up to 99.5% of heat and the interior paint "Nippon Paint AirCare," the first health paint to receive GREENGUARD GOLD Certification, which purifies the air while eliminating formaldehyde and germs on walls. Both types are ultra-premium grade paints that last over 15 years and help reduce carbon emissions by over 25,000 kilograms, equivalent to planting 2,600 trees, ensuring that A5 residents will have the safest paint quality in the world in every home.

Ms. Naruchon Damrongpiyawut, CEO of GUNKUL Engineering Public Company Limited, expressed that GUNKUL is honored to be a partner in clean energy and to contribute to providing comprehensive solar rooftop services designed and installed for A5's new projects. This collaboration aligns with the company's new vision of being a green energy partner that can create sustainable value for residents. The clean energy produced by the projects in one year is equivalent to planting over 2,510 trees or reducing carbon dioxide by approximately 54,000 kilograms. Currently, construction is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. GUNKUL is pleased to expand the green energy ecosystem that allows residents to contribute to the country's carbon neutrality goals and create a better environment. Mr. Kirak Yimphornpipatphol, Smart Home Director of SCG Living and Housing Solutions, added that SCG and A5 share a common vision for sustainable project development, emphasizing environmental concerns and quality of life to enhance residents' well-being with clean air and systems that make homes more livable through SCG ACTIVE AIR QUALITY under the ONNEX by SCG Smart Living brand, which helps block and filter PM2.5 dust from the source, used in the CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 project and other future projects to improve indoor air quality, adding value to the projects and meeting the demands of modern consumers. Mr. Surathun Kongthan, Head of Wholesale Banking at Krung Thai Bank, stated that Krung Thai Bank is ready to support businesses transitioning to sustainable practices that prioritize environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, driving organizations and the country towards Net Zero Emission by providing financial support to A5 through Transition Loans designed to assist businesses in transitioning from traditional (Brown) to environmentally friendly (Less Brown) and green (Green) businesses effectively, to develop real estate projects based on sustainable business practices. The bank recognizes A5's potential and readiness to implement ESG principles in its operations, helping to reduce environmental impacts from business operations comprehensively, aligning with the bank's mission to create a positive impact on the country and enhance the quality of life for Thai people, in line with the vision "Krung Thai, Side by Side with Thailand, Towards Sustainability."
